Best Western Rose and Crown Hotel

The bridal party and the majority of guests will be staying at the Best Western Rose and Crown Hotel. The hotel is located in central Tonbridge, about a 15 minute drive from the venue.

We will also look to make arrangements for a coach to transport guests between the the Rose and Crown and the venue and will confirm these arrangements closer to the time.

There are a couple of places that are a short distance away for those that would like to stay but have not already organised accommodation with us.

Transport

As mentioned above, if you are staying in the Best Western Rose and Crown, transport will be arranged between the hotel and venue. This will be for a single trip both there and back (returning from the venue the coach will leave after the last song has been played at 12). If you wish to arrange alternative transport, or are not staying at the Rose and Crown, please find taxi numbers beneath. There is also ample parking at the venue itself for those driving directly to the wedding.

Rail

Hildenborough is the closest train station to the venue, whilst Tonbridge is the closest station for all accommodation options. For those travelling by train, you can travel directly from London Charing Cross (via Orpington) to Hildenborough and Tonbridge. It takes approximately 40 minutes to get there, although you will likely need to organise for a taxi upon arrival, especially if you are heading directly to the venue as it is not an easy walk!
